Stonewater is a pet-friendly community! Our current pet policies include a nonrefundable pet fee of $300.00 due prior to bringing pet on the leased premises. Monthly pet rent is $40.00 per pet due the 1st of every month. Only two pets are allowed in each apartment. The total combined weight of both pets must not exceed 100 pounds at full growth.

• Dog Breed restrictions include: No Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Great Danes, Saint Bernard’s, or Akitas. All pets must register with PetScreening.com and pay an annual fee of no more than $25.00 per pet.
